Artwork & Approval:
– Please upload your logo or design in high-quality PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG formats.
– A mockup will be sent to you for approval before production.
– Production will not begin until the design is approved.

Returns & Exchanges:
– Because this item is custom-made, all sales are final.
– We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once production has started.
– If there is a mistake on our end (wrong size, wrong print, damage), we will replace the item free of charge.

Shipping:
– Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days (US orders).
– Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS/UPS, incorrect addresses, or lost packages, but we will help you file a claim if needed.
