By using this website, submitting a quote request, approving a mock-up, or placing an order with BIG BOYS EMBROIDERY, you agree to these terms.

Quotes are based on the item type, quantity, decoration method, artwork, placement, timeline, and any special requirements. Pricing and availability are not final until confirmed by BIG BOYS EMBROIDERY. Most custom orders start at 12 pieces.

Production begins after payment and mock-up approval unless we agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, artwork, colors, placement, sizing, quantities, and all other details before approving production.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logo, artwork, name, design, trademark, or other content you provide to us. BIG BOYS EMBROIDERY may refuse work that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Turnaround estimates are not guarantees unless a deadline is specifically accepted by BIG BOYS EMBROIDERY in writing. Delays can occur because of garment availability, artwork issues, supplier delays, shipping carriers, or customer approval delays.

Customer-provided garments are decorated at the customer's risk and must be approved in advance. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, incorrect sizing, prior wear, shrinkage, or decoration issues caused by an unsuitable garment.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BIG BOYS EMBROIDERY is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to website use, quote requests, or custom orders.
