Shipping and Production

Most custom embroidery and DTF orders begin after quote approval, payment, and mock-up approval. Standard turnaround is about 10-14 business days after approval and payment unless a different timeline is agreed to in writing.

Rush timelines may be available depending on garment availability, order size, artwork requirements, and current production capacity. Please contact us before placing a time-sensitive order.

Shipping methods, delivery options, and costs are confirmed during checkout or in your custom quote. Local pickup or local delivery may be available when arranged with BIG BOYS EMBROIDERY before production is completed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Once an order has shipped, carrier delays, lost packages, weather delays, and delivery exceptions are handled with the carrier. If your shipment appears damaged or missing, contact us as soon as possible so we can help review the issue.

Please inspect your order within 3 business days of delivery or pickup and contact us right away with any concerns.
